Authority

The Bridlebrook Farms Homeowners Association has the authority to enforce the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (plat restrictions) and to manage the common amenities of Bridle Brook Farms.
The Bridle Brook Farms Homeowners Association was incorporated by the developer prior to the initial sale of homes, and the plat restrictions were recorded when the property was subdivided. When a homeowner purchases a home in Bridle Brook Farms, the Restrictions are included with the deed.

Benefits

The Bridle Brook Farms Homeowners Association is to maintain, enhance, and protect the common areas and interests of the association or neighborhood. This allows an individual homeowner access to amenities (pond, pool, clubhouse, etc.) that they may not be able to afford on their own. Each member of the Homeowners Association pays assessments or dues. The assessments are used to pay the expenses of community.
